We take great care to ensure that your mangoes are of the highest quality and are packed and shipped in the best possible condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of mangoes from our website, we offer a  replacement within next [6] days of the delivery date.

To request replacement, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos of the mangoes to help us understand the problem.

If you request a replacement, we will ship a new order of Alphonso mangoes to you as soon as possible. We may request that you return the original mangoes to us, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please note that we cannot offer replacements for Alphonso mangoes that have been partially or fully consumed. We also cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues that are outside of our control, such as Internal physiological disorders such us spongy tissue* (Confined for alphanso Mangoes)
